If you paid but the app still shows you on the Free plan, follow the steps below depending on where you purchased.
Step 1: Check you're signed in to the right Apple ID
Your App Store subscription is tied to the Apple ID used at purchase. Open Settings → tap your name and confirm this is the Apple ID you used to buy the subscription.
Step 2: Restore your purchase
This reconnects your App Store subscription to your Linearity account.
Step 3: Sign out and back in to Linearity
If restoring didn't help, sign out of your Linearity account and sign back in. Go to Profile → scroll down → Sign Out, then sign in again.
Still not working? Contact our support team with your Apple ID email and the approximate date of purchase.
Step 1: Check which email your subscription is linked to
Stripe subscriptions are matched to your Linearity account by email address. Find your Stripe receipt and note the email it was sent to — this must match the email you use to log in to Linearity.
Step 2: Sign out and back in to Linearity
Sign out and sign back in using the exact email shown on your receipt.
Step 3: Contact support if the emails don't match
If the email on your receipt differs from your Linearity login email, contact our support team. Include:
