Why This Happens
Stripe subscriptions are matched to your Linearity account by email address. A mismatch can happen when:
You paid with a different email than the one on your Linearity account, for example, using your real Apple ID email while your account is linked to an Apple relay address
You switched to a new Linearity account and your subscription wasn't automatically moved over
You changed your account email after purchasing
How to Fix It
This needs to be resolved manually by our support team. When you get in touch, please include:
Your invoice number (found in your Stripe receipt)
The email used for the Stripe purchase
The email currently on your Linearity account (visible in the Profile tab)
We'll relink your subscription as quickly as possible.
