Stripe Subscription Not Linked to Your Account

If your Stripe subscription isn't showing up in your Linearity account, it may be linked to a different email address. This can be fixed by our support team.

Why This Happens

Stripe subscriptions are matched to your Linearity account by email address. A mismatch can happen when:

  • You paid with a different email than the one on your Linearity account, for example, using your real Apple ID email while your account is linked to an Apple relay address

  • You switched to a new Linearity account and your subscription wasn't automatically moved over

  • You changed your account email after purchasing

How to Fix It

This needs to be resolved manually by our support team. When you get in touch, please include:

  • Your invoice number (found in your Stripe receipt)

  • The email used for the Stripe purchase

  • The email currently on your Linearity account (visible in the Profile tab)

We'll relink your subscription as quickly as possible.
