Why We Can't Override Apple's Decision
All purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed and managed entirely by Apple. This means:
Apple controls all billing and payment data
Apple makes all refund decisions
We have no access to App Store transactions or refund cases
We are not able to override, escalate or appeal Apple's refund decisions on your behalf.
Why Apple May Decline a Refund
Apple reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Common reasons for a declined refund include:
The request was submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date
A refund was previously issued for the same account
The subscription had already been used or accessed
What You Can Do
If your refund was declined and you believe this was in error, we recommend:
Contacting Apple Support directly to ask for a review
Visiting reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a follow-up request
Reaching out to your bank or card provider if you believe the charge was unauthorized
Still Unsure?
If you're not sure whether your purchase was made through the App Store or via our website, contact our support team and we'll help clarify.
