How to reactivate a cancelled subscription

If your Linearity subscription has lapsed or you previously cancelled and want to start again, here's how to resubscribe through the App Store or Stripe.

If your Linearity subscription has lapsed or you previously cancelled and want to restart, here's how to resubscribe.

Reactivating an App Store subscription

Option 1: Through Apple Settings

  1. Go to Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions
  2. Find Linearity under expired or inactive subscriptions
  3. Tap on it and select a plan to resubscribe

Option 2: Through the Linearity app

  1. Open Linearity and tap the Profile icon
  2. Tap Upgrade to Pro and select your plan

Your files and Pro access are restored immediately after payment is processed.

Reactivating a Stripe (web) subscription

  1. Go to the Linearity Billing Portal
  2. Log in with the email on your last invoice
  3. If your subscription shows as cancelled, use the option to resubscribe

Alternatively, purchase a new subscription at linearity.io/pricing. If you do this, use the same email as your Linearity account so that Pro access is activated automatically.

After reactivating

If the app still shows the Free plan a few minutes after resubscribing, try signing out and back in:

  1. Tap Profile → Sign Out
  2. Sign back in with your Linearity account email

If Pro access still hasn't restored, contact our support team with your receipt.
