Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store can only be refunded and approved by Apple. To receive a refund, you must contact Apple Support within 14 days of the purchase date. Canceling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund.
All purchases made through the App Store or in-app purchases are billed by Apple.
That means:
Apple controls payments
Apple decides refund eligibility
We do not have access to App Store transactions
Support cannot refund, override or speed up Apple decisions.
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase
Select the subscription or charge
Choose a reason for the refund
Submit the request
Apple usually responds within a few days.
Canceling the subscription does not equal a refund
Refund approval is not guaranteed
Apple decides case by case
Refunds go back to the original payment method
We can’t see Apple’s refund status or decisions
Contact support if you’re unsure whether the purchase was made via App Store or web. For refunds themselves, always contact Apple.
